If you're thinking about giving up cigarettes, or cutting down the number you use, this could be the website you're looking for.

If you could leave just one minute longer between cigarettes, cutting down (or stopping) could be a whole lot easier than whatever other methods you've tried.

Working out a schedule to do that, though, isn't straightforward - or it wasn't, before this website was built.

We've created a way for you to (instantly) generate a "daily schedule" - so the hard work of figuring out "the intervals" (minutes between cigarettes) is taken care of.

If you smoke 20 cigarettes a day, they would be (approximately) 50 minutes apart (on a 16-hour waking day). Increasing the interval to 53 minutes would mean you'd smoke only 19 cigarettes each day ... and so on.

Why not give this a try? It costs you nothing, and whenever you're ready to move to the "next stage" you can simply generate another daily schedule.
